Muddying the Waters: A Reply to Kay and Kern on the Statehood of Palestine and the ICC – Part II

In a two-part post on Opinio Juris, MEI Senior Research Fellow Victor Kattan argued how an earlier post by Steven Kay QC and Joshua Kern of 9 Bedford Row was an attempt to muddy the waters concerning Palestine’s referral to the International Criminal Court (ICC). He argued that the UN has the obligation to eradicate colonialism and that a large majority of states have recognised a Palestinian state in the territories occupied by Israel.
